Thierry Gauthier, MNCPS, MHS, SMACCPH

Thierry is an accredited pluralistic counsellor, registered hypnotherapist and certified life and business coach.

As a counsellor, Thierry is a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. As a coach, Thierry is a Senior Member of the ACCPH (Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists). As a Hypnotherapist, he is a Member of the National Hypnotherapy Society. Thierry is also a qualified EFT practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique) and IEMT Practitioner (Integral Eye Movement Technique).

Thierry has counselling experience in various conditions, including anxiety, loss, grief, anger, and guilt. He also offer counselling for individuals with acquired brain injuries from strokes, accidents, or other causes. His role is to offer his clients unwavering support in a space free from judgment, where they feel empowered to understand their struggles and embrace new areas of growth. Therapy is your journey, and Thierry is here to support you every step of the way.

Thierry currently volunteers for the mental health charity Mind, and previously volunteered for Headway, a charity supporting people with brain injuries.

As a hypnotherapist, Thierry works mainly with people suffering from stress, anxiety, fears, phobias and depression.

As a coach, Thierry works with a wide variety of clients who want to improve their confidence, self-esteem, leadership skills and much more.

Thierry is also accredited to carry out DISC profile assessments, a great tool to improve communication and leadership skills.
