At GCM Wellbeing, we care deeply about your satisfaction. Whether you've purchased physical tools, downloadable resources, or booked professional services, this policy helps clarify what to expect if plans change.
Physical Products
If you’ve ordered tangible items such as wellbeing tools or printed resources:

✅ Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

🔒 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

🚚 Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💸 Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Digital Products
This includes downloadable resources such as worksheets, training plans, and therapeutic scripts.

🔐 Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final once accessed or downloaded.

🛠 If you receive the wrong file or experience technical issues, contact us within 7 days—we’ll resolve it promptly.
Services (Therapy, Coaching & Training)
For appointments, workshops, or 1:1 consultations:

📅 Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

🕒 Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.

🚫 No-shows are charged at the full session rate unless due to emergency or prior agreement.
